The NYU Tisch Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program is where I learned to write a song, to collaborate with composers, and to create a character worth rooting for. A piece of my heart will always be at 715 Broadway.

We held industry readings for ThreeTimesFast on February 3-4, 2020, directed by Michael Bello (Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, We Are The Tigers), with music direction by Elizabeth Doran (Mean Girls, Becoming Nancy) and dramaturgy by Jessica Kahkoska (Letters to the President, Agent 355). The cast featured Leana Rae Concepcion, Ashley Pérez Flanagan* (Freestyle Love Supreme, Great Comet), Adam Halpin* (Dogfight, Come From Away), Victoria Huston-Elem* (Finding Neverland, The Addams Family), Emma Lord, Sydney Parra*, and Nathan Salstone* (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child).
Letters to the President is a multi-composer song cycle conceived by director Michael Bello (We Are The Tigers, Summer: The Donna Summer Musical) and dramaturg Jessica Kahkoska (Discount Ghost Stories, Agent 355). Teresa and I are grateful to have our song “At the American Table” featured.
Dear Mr. C is an an autobiographical musical about love, family, grief, immigration, and cancer, with Book, Music & Lyrics by Tidtaya Sinutoke and Lyrics by Lily Ali-Oshatz and myself.
We were fortunate to be a part of University of the Arts’ Polyphone Festival in Philadelphia, PA in the Spring of 2022, with direction by Marina Montesanti.
In the Summer of 2022, Tidtaya, Lily & I were fortunate to spend a week collaborating at Rhinebeck Writers Retreat in NY.
